Final 2025 NFL Mock Draft and Horizontal Big Board
This draft cycle has been a fun one, and this mock draft was an exciting excercise to end it all on with plenty of trades to reflect the movement I believe we will see.
I won’t spend a lot of time here laying out what this is or what to expect but what I will rather do is instead say thank you. There are plenty of us analysts who write up mock drafts, do reports, and share stories we feel tell our excitement as it relates to the NFL Draft. Choosing to read mine is not lost on me on a personal level and I wanted to say thank you for that.
Let this mock draft and horizontal big board (a first for me) be a proper parting gift as we get ready for the 2026 Summer scouting.
Final 2025 NFL Mock Draft
1) Tennessee Titans - Cam Ward, QB, Miami (FL)
The pick we have all seen coming for some time now. We don’t need to over sell this here but I will add the Titans have done a quietly nice job of preparing for his arrival. Hopefully Tyler Lockett has some gas left in the tank after signing with the team last night.
2) Cleveland Browns - Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado
The Browns need to just add talent to the roster at this point. It makes sense to add the player who does that to the two sides of the ball. Travis Hunter will be well-schemed by both Kevin Stefanski and Jim Schwartz, as they will put him in positions to succeed.
Projected Trade: Carolina Panthers trade up with the New York Giants
3) Carolina Panthers (via NYG) - Abdul Carter, Edge, Penn State
The Panthers need to make a splash, and the Giants want their quarterback, but not at the third pick. Trading back is a safe move here, considering the teams are already close to each other. Dan Morgan makes a splash, and the Panthers go all in as they look to take advantage of a weak NFC South in 2025.
4) New England Patriots - Will Campbell, OL, LSU
The Patriots need to protect Drake Maye. There is not much more to think about with this pick, whether he plays guard or tackle, it does not matter. Campbell should be a good, reliable piece on the line.
6) Las Vegas Raiders - Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas
The Raiders have some nasty defenders on the defensive line, but beyond that, the defense lacks any sort of identity. Barron gives them that with his physical style and dynamic ability in both man and zone coverage.
7) New York Jets - Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
The Jets brought in Justin Fields, they have Breece Hall and Garrett Wilson, and the offensive line is solidified. They need one more playmaker, and Tyler Warren could be just what they need and then some.
8) New York Giants (via CAR) - Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss
Todd McShay says the Giants seem to prefer Jaxson Dart to Shedeur Sanders, but not at three. A safe trade back gets them extra picks and their man here. Dart could develop under Brian Daboll, and having Malik Nabers won’t hurt matters either.
9) New Orleans Saints - Armand Membou, OT, Missouri
The Saints declined their former first-round pick, Trevor Penning’s, fifth-year deal on Wednesday. They will need to find his replacement, and Armand Membou gets my vote to be that here.
10) Chicago Bears - Mason Graham, DL, Michigan
The Bears added Grady Jarrett, but he is not what he once was. They missed out on Jalen Carter a few years ago, who nearly fell to them. This time around, a dominant defensive lineman makes his way to them, and they aren’t letting him fall any further.
11) San Francisco 49ers - Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
The 49ers lost a lot of their talent at cornerback and it is now a priority need that has to be addressed. Will Johnson falls just outside the top ten and becomes one of the best values in this mock for them in the process.
12) Dallas Cowboys - Matthew Golden, WR, Texas
The Cowboys want to be explosive and add a piece opposite CeeDee Lamb. Matthew Golden compliments him perfectly, and it will leave Dak Prescott smiling ear to ear.
13) Miami Dolphins - Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
The Dolphins lost Terron Armstead to retirement this offseason, and they need a replacement. They cannot afford not to protect Tua Tagovailoa, so let’s give him the best tackle in the class, even if he is coming off a knee injury.
14) Indianapolis Colts - Malaki Starks, SAF, Georgia
The Colts have added Camryn Bynum in free agency, but they need more on that side of the ball, despite that. Starks is a rangy safety who finds the ball well. The Colts have been trying to build a reliable defense for years and he could be the final piece.
15) Atlanta Falcons - Mike Green, Edge, Marshall
The Marshall edge rusher is the best pure pass rusher in the class. They passed up on each of the top one’s in last year’s class, this year they can’t afford to pull that stunt again.
16) Arizona Cardinals - Walter Nolen, DL, Ole Miss
Walter Nolen is a destructive force on the Interior of the defensive line. Pairing him inside with last year’s first round pick Darius Robinson gives the Cardinals a formidable one-two punch up front while Budda Baker patrols.
17) Cincinnati Bengals - Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama
The Bengals need to improve the defense after having the worst one in the NFL last year. Adding a leader in the middle like Campbell who can both control the middle of the field while also offering some pass rush skills doesn’t hurt.
18) Seattle Seahawks - Grey Zabel, OL, North Dakota State
Grey Zabel is a versatile offensive lineman who can play all five positions if called upon. The Seahawks need to protect Sam Darnold with his new deal after signing with them and this pick does that, at least does a better job of it than without him there.
Projected Trade: Buffalo Bills trade up with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers
19) Buffalo Bills (via TB) - Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
The Bills have always seen the Chiefs trade up for offensive playmakers ahead of them, it is time they return the favor. If Tetairoa McMillan is to fall in the draft I believe it would be smart for them to trade up as he is perfect for what they need in their receiving group.
20) Denver Broncos - Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
The Broncos want a playmaking tight end for Bo Nix and they land Colston Loveland. He would bring a balance to their passing attack and also improve their rushing dynamic with his under appreciated blocking skills.
21) Pittsburgh Steelers - Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas
The Steelers offensive line is among the worst in the NFL. They need to figure out what they have as this would be the third straight year they spend a first-round pick on a tackle. Someone needs to move inside, is it Banks Jr., Broderick Jones, or Troy Fautanu?
22) Los Angeles Chargers - Kenneth Grant, DL, Michigan
The Chargers move on from Joey Bosa but they get another disruptive piece on their defensive front in Kenneth Grant. Jim Harbaugh knows what he is capable of and will be able to scheme with him properly so he can be put in a position to succeed right away.
23) Green Bay Packers - Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri
Javon Walker in 2002 was the last skill player to be drafted by the Packers in the first round. Jordan Love deserves for that streak to be broken, and what better time to do it than in front of the hometown crowd?
Projected Trade: New Orleans Saints trade up with the Minnesota Vikings
24) New Orleans Saints (via MIN) - Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
The Saints and Mikey Loomis love trading up in the draft. They won’t talk about Derek Carr and his shoulder but they can’t run away from the problem. Shedeur Sanders with Kellen Moore as an in interesting experiment that I want to see unfoild.
25) Houston Texans - Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
C.J. Stroud and Emeka Egbuka reunite and it gives the Ohio State quarterback a solid 1-2 tandem at wide receiver. If Tank Dell can return, this offense will be in good shape, as long as the offensive line can keep him upright.
26) Los Angeles Rams - Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia
The Rams defense has long been unique in how effective they can be with the pieces they have. In 2024 they hit a homerun in adding both Jared Verse and Braden Fiske, throwing Jalon Walker behind them at linebacker gives them a young core that every team would envy if the Georgia Bulldog can further develop.
27) Baltimore Ravens - Trey Amos, CB, Ole Miss
The team drafted Nate Wiggins in the first round in 2024 last year but they need more depth at the position. Amos plays bigger and has more range at the position than most players they have on the roster.
28) Detroit Lions - James Pearce Jr., Edge, Tennessee
Aidan Hutchinson needs a tag team partner in the worst way possible. He was well on his way to a Defensive Player of the Year season before injury ended it. Adding Pearce Jr. would allow both to thrive without facing double teams.
29) Washington Commanders - Shemar Stewart, Edge, Texas A&M
The curious case of Shemar Stewart comes to an end as Dan Quinn decides he’s the best man for the job of figuring out what to do with him. He has all the athletic traits in the world hut no production to show for it. If anyone will be able to change that, I trust Dan Quinn to do it.
30) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (via BUF) - Donovan Ezeiruaku, Edge, Boston College
The Bucs trade back to extra picks and land the player they likely would take at 19 anyway? Yeah, I think Jason Licht will be happy with that. Ezeiruaku is a ready to play edge rusher who can produce on day one for the Bucs opposite newly signed Haason Reddick.
31) Kansas City Chiefs - Josh Connerly Jr., OT, Oregon
The Chiefs saw in the Super Bowl they need to revamp their offensive line. As Kingsley Suamataia moves inside to guard, Connery Jr. can take his spot at tackle and give them a mountain on the left side of their line.
Projected Trade: Cleveland Browns trade up with the Philadelphia Eagles
32) Cleveland Browns (via PHI) - Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama
One last splash for you in this mock draft, and of course, it comes from the Browns. Jalen Milroe, I truly believe, will sneak into round one, and I think the Browns are one of the teams best equipped to give him success. Kevin Stefanski and his offense is tailored to his skill set and would be very interesting to watch with him running it.
